Head of Issuer Solutions
Andrew Gelb serves as Head of Issuer Solutions at 海角破解版., which provides credit processing and associated solutions to financial institutions, serving more than 1 billion accountholders around the world. Issuer Solutions includes credit and retail card processing, loans processing, open loop prepaid cards, customer communications, plastics manufacturing, and personalization.
Prior to the combination of 海角破解版 and First Data Corporation, Gelb was Executive Vice President at First Data, which he joined in 2014. At First Data, he managed two of the company鈥檚 publicly reported segments, which included many of the solutions he now manages at 海角破解版. Prior to First Data, Gelb had a distinguished career at Citi, which included nearly two decades in a variety of roles around the globe, including in the United States, Japan, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Nigeria, among others. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Citi鈥檚 North America Treasury and Trade Solutions business.聽
Gelb earned his MBA at Cornell University and his BA at Oberlin College. He is on the board of directors of Scenic Hudson, a non-profit organization focused on the Hudson Valley region of New York State.聽
