  • The conference takes place from Sunday, September 28 to Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.

  • The event attracts a diverse group of attendees, including:

    • Financial institutions such as banks and credit unions of all sizes
    • Large merchants, eCommerce professionals, and corporate clients

Registration & Fees

  • Registration pricing is as follows:

    • Before June 1: $1,695
    • June 1 – July 31: $1,995
    • August 1 – September 26: $2,295
    • Onsite registration: $3,000

    Your registration includes access to all º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ Client Conference sessions, meal functions, and evening receptions.Ìý

  • Yes, guest passes are available for $895 per person, which covers all meal functions, evening receptions, and the Client Appreciation Experience (featuring headline entertainment). Please note that all guests must be 21 years or older.

  • Locate the confirmation email you received upon registering. Using the registration link and your unique code, you can make changes. After Wednesday, August 27, any adjustments require contacting us at fiservconference@bcdme.com.Ìý

    • Cancellations before August 27 are fully refundable.
    • Cancellations after August 27 are nonrefundable.

Venue

  • During registration, you'll have the option to reserve a room at The Venetian at a special conference rate of $249 per night (plus tax and resort fees). A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, and the cardholder’s name must match the reservation.

  • Extended stay requests can be made during registration. Availability for additional nights is subject to confirmation by the hotel. Updates will be sent to you by email once finalized. Room reservations made after Wednesday, August 27 are not guaranteed at the special conference rate. For adjustments, please contact us at fiservconference@bcdme.com.Ìý

  • When booking your room during registration, you can specify preferences such as smoking/non-smoking rooms or bed type. While The Venetian will do its best to accommodate these requests, they cannot guarantee availability.Ìý


Transportation

  • Harry Reid International Airport offers several affordable options to reach The Venetian. Taxis or rideshares typically cost less than $40. Visit the for more details.Ìý

    • Overnight guests: Inform the hotel’s front desk upon check-in that you are part of the º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ Client Conference. Your key card will provide in-and-out self-parking access.
    • Day guests: Pick up a parking validation pass at the º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ Client Conference Registration Desk. A new pass is needed for each day of attendance.

    Please note that validation applies to self-parking only in designated areas of The Venetian or Palazzo garages.


The Onsite Experience

  • Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions. Evening events are more casual. Keep in mind that the conference center is air-conditioned, so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater.

  • For both security and access, attendees and their registered guests are required to wear official conference name badges at all events.

  • Your badge grants access to all conference activities. If misplaced, you will be charged the full registration fee of $2,295 for a badge reprint.

  • Yes, registered guests are welcome to join. Guest passes ($895 per person) include access to meal functions, receptions, and the Client Appreciation Experience. All guests must be at least 21 years old.Ìý

  • Yes, presentations will be made available on the conference attendee website following the event.Ìý
